Planning Permission is required for all new-builds, most alterations and extensions, and almost all changes of use. Although some work will be covered by a Lawful Development Certificate instead, the preparation required will initially be similar. Whatever the requirement, we will help you navigate through each stage in order to maximise your chances of a successful grant of Planning Permission.
